It was hovering around 89.3 Kg for a few days and today morning I was below 89 after several months. Around 900g of weight loss comparing the last month which might be on the higher side. Lets' see how it goes.
Food:
With the increase in protein intake, I had a slight pain in my right hand knuckle. Consulted with a Ortho Doctor immediately and doctor recommended me to take a blood test for uric acid which might be the problem as I am having Meat based foods most of the time. Have to take a blood test this week and see what my levels are but I think it might be a sprain. Let's see.
Exercise:
Completely stopped it due to the hand, will start slowly after the Blood work. Also due to spending a lot of time with building the app this week.
Product:
The app is 95% done with some tweaks, It would have been finished so much earlier but I had to redo it a few times. The product development journey was not like an Up Down graph but more like a Dragon claw shape which extends and retracts back. I had strip down everything and start working. You have to keep in mind that I do not know how to code just understand the login behind it. I have scratched my head a few times in this process. Especially in the last two days.Â
Also the last two days I started using Cursor.ai not to edit the code directly but Copt paste it. I get more context length in Cursor than using the Claude API pairing it with Typing Mind. Also learnt a lot in reverting back with GitHub I started using it as a backup for all of my work. I am glad I did or else it would have been disastrous.

The will be ready and uploaded within the next week and the marketing the app should start. I need to focus on marketing the app till the end of this challenge for maximum results.
